Summary:We are seeking a highly professional and organized Corporate Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients. The Corporate Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
Schedule appointments and manage conference room reservations
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Assist with special projects and events as needed
Coordinate, manage and report on client workflows
Liaise with clients to ensure accurate and timely information is received and provided
Support the accounting teams with coordination of client queries
Maintain workflow and client management systems
Prepare correspondence and communication for clients
Skills and Experience:
Ability to work with teams cross functionally and at all levels
Excellent communication skills with a client service focus
Attention to detail and be able to work autonomously
Ability to re-prioritise workflows in accordance with changing needs
Demonstrated experience in general office administration
