Provide expert database administration for on-premise and Azure databases.
Manage upgrades, patches, and enhancements with minimal disruption to operations.
Mentor and lead the Business Application Support team for effective service delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize support, improve processes, and evaluate new technologies.
Skills Required: Over 5 years of technology leadership experience in business application support.
Strong database administration skills with experience in SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and Azure SQL.
Expertise in supporting a variety of business applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, L&D), both on-premise and SaaS.
Knowledge of data warehouse concepts, with experience in design, development, and maintenance.
Proven ability to manage upgrades, lead teams, and successfully deliver complex technology projects.
