Associate Director, Project Management Office
The Role
* Continuing, Full Time
* Level 10 - $137,997 to $146,330 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
As part of the leadership team, the Associate Director, Project Management Office is responsible for developing and providing leadership of high-quality project, portfolio, business process improvement and business analysis services. You will provide strategic advice and support the governance of technology-related projects at Charles Sturt including the support of its formal governance structures and committees.
You will play a critical role in engaging stakeholders within Charles Sturt to provide advice and support for their needs in line with the universities' strategic outcomes.
About you:
* An in-depth understanding and extensive demonstrated experience in project management, business analysis and business improvement frameworks, methodologies and best practice, and its practical application.
* Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Proven strong people management skills including extensive experience in the management, recruitment, and development of teams across multiple locations.
* Experience in analysing and optimising complex, enterprise business processes securing measurable benefits.
