Responsibilities:
* Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on plant equipment
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, or refrigeration issues
* Ensure all repairs and installations comply with safety and quality standards
* Complete routine checks and maintain records
* Work effectively within a team environment and independently
Essential requirements:
* Relevant trade qualifications and licenses for Refrigeration, Fitting, or Electrical roles
* Proven experience in industrial maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
* Strong commitment to workplace safety
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Availability to start immediately and flexibility with shift schedules
