Job Title: Software Tester
This is a remote position that offers a fun working environment and culture.
You will have the opportunity to work from home with a fixed day shift schedule, 5 days a week, weekends off.

Your Role:
TRG is looking for an experienced Software Tester to join our dynamic international team.
You will be responsible for effective quality assurance and testing of new feature development to deliver our product solutions.
You will demonstrate a high level of experience and talent as a Software Tester, with a proven track record.
Responsibilities:
* Work with system analysts to analyze product requirements and identify acceptance criteria, testing cases, and test scenarios.
* Test software to ensure that developed products meet requirement specifications and are within quality criteria and standards.
* Provide feedback regarding testing and process optimizations.
* Work closely with multiple development teams to ensure quality testing practices are incorporated across the development cycle.
* Write test documentation, such as test cases, scenarios, create test data, and identify defects within software products.
* Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
* Execute automated and manual test cases and provide testing results and documentation.
* Provide individual status reports to the test lead and manager in the required frequency.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years experience in testing web-based software applications.
Knowledge in web application UI models and how components interact.
Strong in observing/analyzing issues and communicate issues with clear and precise descriptions.
Demonstrable experience testing web applications.
