The Role We are currently seeking Coded Welders to join our team to assist and undertake planned shutdown, maintenance and project works.
Key Responsibilities Specialised welding for various project works, maintenance, and onsite repairs Study drawings and specifications to determine job requirements Select, clean and prepare required material for repair or maintenance Cut metal using various welding tools and equipment Shape and bend metal using hand and machine tools, heating and/or hammering Align and join parts using various tools and welding techniques and measuring Examine welds for precision and finish products by cleaning, polishing, filing and bathing Clean and smooth welds through filing, chiseling and grinding About You Full Australian Working Rights Construction White Card Relevant Australian recognised trade qualification Certificate III Metal Fabrication Able to pass - MMAW/FCAW 3F/4F, 3G/4G First Attack Fire Training Certificate (PUAWER008B/ CPPFES2005A/ MSAPMOHS212A) Working at Heights Certificate Enter and Work in Confined Space Certificate High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) is advantageous Willingness to learn new techniques, tools, and methods to expand your skillset Positive attitude and a commitment to excellence How To Apply To apply for the role, click on the 'Apply' button.
