Beaumont People are seeking a proactive Customer Service Liaison to join our clients team on a temporary (6 week) basis.
In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers ensuring every interaction is handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
Phone based Customer Service and Administration Full-time hours | Immediate start Coolangatta location 6 week temporary assignment Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for high volume inbound customer enquiries across phone and email channels Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly Resolve issues and follow up on enquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction Coordinate with internal departments to support customer requests and provide accurate information Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required About You: Proven experience in administration, reception, call centre, or phone-based customer service roles Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others Please note that you MUST be available to commence immediately and be happy to work on a temporary/casual basis, some opportunities may lead to permanent roles.
