As a Store Manager with Oscar Wylee, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of our retail arm and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. You will play a key role in the ongoing success of our services, collaborating closely with our Optometrists to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for effective and caring leaders who are organised, able to think on their feet, and make good decisions that support the continued growth of our brand. Ideal candidates will have:
* 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or higher retail management position.
* Demonstrated experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labour laws.
