All while staying committed to our member first ethos as a proud Industry Fund.About the roleAs an Assistant Product Manager, you'll be able to contribute to Cbus' superannuation and retirement products, which aim to improve our members' wellbeing in retirement. This role will see you add value to and deliver change in implementing Cbus' product roadmap.This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Superannuation and Retirement arrangements that make up the Cbus product suite. As a subject matter expert (SME), the Assistant Product Manager's key responsibilities include supporting the maintenance and implementation of the Product team roadmap, managing technical queries and reviewing and updating documentation. This role involves collaborating with other areas of the business to deliver product-related activities and drive change.This position demands strong organizational and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of financial products to effectively manage and support various aspects of the Cbus product suite.This is a 12 month maximum term contract based in Melbourne.Key AccountabilitiesSupporting the development and implementation of the product roadmap and product strategy as relating to investment and retirementSupporting and in some cases leading the delivery of product enhancements and initiatives, in alignment with the Cbus Product Management Framework and Cbus Retirement StrategySupporting technology delivery in respect to product features and experience such as digital tools and calculatorsGeneral day to day management of the investment and retirement arrangements that form part of our products including SME tasks, review of documentation and supporting other areas of the business with product related activities including but not limited to:PDS reviews product ongoing maintenance and change managementWorking with the communications teams for relevant print and digital publications and materialsWhat we're looking forDemonstrated experience within the superannuation/financial industryProven experience in Product ManagementTertiary Qualifications in a marketing, financial services, or related backgroundAbility to lead or deliver product initiatives and enhancementsExperience analysing and transforming data to derive insightsDemonstrated ability to manage a broad range of stakeholdersAbility to work independently, as well as cooperatively and as a member of a teamBelong at CbusWe value difference, and embrace people with diverse backgrounds, experiences, gender identities, abilities and thinking styles.
