Located in their fun and vibrant office on the city fringe, the role is ideally suited to 4 days per week with flexible work hours of 9.30am to 4pm.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily office administrative operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workplace.Act as a key point of contact for external enquiries, providing excellent customer service and assisting with stakeholder interactions.Foster a positive workplace environment, organise team-building activities.Manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.Assist in implementing and refining administrative systems and processes to enhance efficiency.Assist with event coordination, including internal meetings and company functions.Manage the day-to-day operation of the office, ensuring the proper maintenance of the equipment, supplies, and the office itself.Key Skills and BackgroundStrong experience as an EA or in Office Administration within a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability in developing trusted relationships at all levels to gain support and achieve outcomes.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.Self-motivated and driven; a fast learner with a calm & positive influence.A team player with an outgoing, confident, and vibrant personality.#J-18808-Ljbffr
