Talent International is partnering exclusively with Western Sydney University as they embark on a major digital transformation aimed at accelerating digital innovation, strengthening cybersecurity, and enhancing student experience through the integration of cutting-edge technology and systems.This transformation is part of a comprehensive approach to future-proofing the University's infrastructure and digital landscape, ensuring that their students and staff benefit from a secure, flexible, and innovative learning environment.As part of this growth, there is an immediate requirement for an IT Project Scheduler to join the Information Technology & Digital Services team.The IT Program Scheduler is responsible for developing, managing, and optimising the comprehensive project schedule across all active and planned projects within the ITDS PMO.This role ensures seamless integration of project timelines, dependencies, and milestones, providing strategic oversight and supporting alignment with Western Sydney University's strategic priorities.The IT Program Scheduler will play a vital role in enabling effective resource planning, anticipating scheduling conflicts, and maintaining project momentum through proactive monitoring and reporting.This position requires a high level of detail orientation, strategic foresight, and strong collaboration skills to support optimal project delivery across the portfolio.Key Duties Develop, manage, and maintain a master schedule for all ITDS projects.Lead schedule integration sessions to coordinate project timelines.Identify and manage interdependencies between projects.Continuously monitor progress against the master schedule.Design, implement, and standardise scheduling processes, templates, and tools.Minimum Requirements We are seeking experienced IT scheduling professionals who possess the following skills and capabilities: Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing complex, integrated schedules for a diverse project portfolio.Strong ability to identify, manage, and mitigate dependencies, interdependencies, and scheduling risks.Effective in communicating schedule updates and dependencies with the CAB.Strong analytical skills to assess project schedules and identify potential conflicts.Experience implementing and standardising scheduling processes, continuously refining workflows and tools.Please note this role is offered on a permanent basis with a salary package of $131,560 to $140,496 + 17% Superannuation.For immediate consideration, please forward a copy of your current resume via the APPLY button or email Patrick at Talent International on ******.Specific queries related to the role can be made to Patrick O'Sullivan-Hayes, Account Director on 02 9223 9855.#J-18808-Ljbffr
