NHP’s Customer Service team are at the forefront of our business and provide first class support to our customers, both internally and externally. This role is integral in helping us build relationships with customers. Please note – this is not a call centre role.
In this fast paced role, you will:
1. Providing exceptional customer service to NHP customer base of commercial clients
2. Work with Omni Channel platform processing inbound inquiries – orders, returns, queries, services & general items
3. Liase with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
4. See customer enquiries through to completion
5. Maintain records & documents relating to customer activity
6. Contribute to continuous improvement
7. Ensure the prompt resolution of customer enquiries and meeting of team KPIs
Located at our Head office in Hobart, TAS.
