Situated at our new offices on Wellington Street in Bunbury, you will work closely with and report to the General Manager—HSEC.Your key role will involve spearheading the development and execution of an extensive compliance program across MGM.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the continuous upkeep of the ISO 45001 and 9001 Safety and Quality Management System to ensure adherence and excellence.Join us in this pivotal role to drive organizational compliance and quality standards to new heightsYour responsibilities will include:Maintain and develop the organisational compliance frameworkConduct internal audits to ensure departmental compliance obligations are metEducate and support internal stakeholders to ensure they meet their compliance obligationsMaintain and develop the Safety Management and Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that the organisation maintains certification to the international standard ISO 45001 and 9001:2015Provide support and company awareness of the QMSProvide reports to management on the performance of the QMSMaintain and develop the Controlled Document Management System (CDMS)Ensure that the administration of documents is completed in compliance with the CDMSEnsure the Document Management Standard and EDMS comply with the 9001:2015 Quality Management SystemPlan, schedule and coordinate the internal audits for the WA Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (WAHVA) & National Heavy Vehicle AccreditationDevelop and strengthen relationships with managers and employees across all branchesWhy pick MGM?We are a thriving, privately owned business with room for professional growth and development.
