About the Role: Civil & Civic is looking for a Corporate Services Manager to join our team. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for leadership and management of the company's Bid Management, Human Resources, and other Business Administration.
Focus: Management / Coordination of Tenders / QuotesIT and Account ManagementMarketingCompany AdministrationHR & Office ManagementBusiness and other Entity SupportGeneral Duties: Bid Management: Lead the Bid Management Team ensuring the completion of estimates and Submission Documents with the Estimating team, incorporating Civil, Plumbing, and Engineering Operations.Market Intelligence: Understand market trends and competitors, seeking feedback from submitted bids for continuous improvement.Client Communications: Manage relationships with clients from a Procurement/Bid perspective, overseeing the process to handover to Operations for delivery.Human Relations: Manage the HR Manager, ensuring delivery of all aspects of HR including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and personnel records.Technology and Equipment: Ensure office technology and systems are functioning properly and coordinate IT support.Marketing: Manage the company's marketing requirements including external content, websites, and social media.Company Accreditations and Associations: Maintain all relevant links to external parties and complete actions where required.Experience/Skills Requirements: Proven experience in Bid Management and leading a team.Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Your application will include the following questions:
