Maintenance Administrator – Admin, Procurement & Stores Location: Two Wells, SA Full-Time | Permanent Role Salary: Negotiable, based on experience Support a leading maintenance team in a modern, automated facility Join a high-performing maintenance team within one of Australia's most advanced horticulture operations.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll take ownership of key admin, procurement, and stores coordination tasks — supporting technicians, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations across the site.
If you're experienced with MEX, have great attention to detail, and enjoy being the go-to person behind the scenes, this role could be your perfect fit.
What you'll be doing Coordinate and schedule preventative and reactive maintenance tasks Maintain asset records and job history using MEX Raise purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage supplier communication Monitor and maintain inventory levels for maintenance parts and consumables Support stores management, including stocktakes and organisation of spare parts Assist the Engineering Manager with compliance and planning documentation Provide admin support across reporting, audits, and safety records What you'll need Experience in maintenance admin, procurement, or stores support Confidence using MEX or similar CMMS platforms Strong organisational and communication skills Proficiency with data entry, inventory tracking, and document control A proactive, solutions-focused attitude Full Australian working rights What's on offer Permanent full-time opportunity in a clean, modern facility Varied, hands-on role across admin, stores, and procurement Report directly to the Engineering Manager Supportive, safety-focused team environment On-site parking and long-term job security If you're organised, systems-savvy, and ready to take ownership of a vital support role, we'd love to hear from you.
