Assessing individual clients' health care needs, you will plan, implement or coordinate appropriate services with other disciplines or agencies. You will also provide valuable health promotion and education to clients or groups and carers to improve the health outcomes of each individual. It is expected that you will provide support and guidance to newer or less experienced staff, Enrolled Nurses, student nurses and other workers providing basic nursing care.
