We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to become an integral member of a team of dedicated, candidate-focused individuals.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to: Be responsible for facilitating the end-to-end recruitment of our casual workforce.
You will work closely with key stakeholders across multiple divisions to develop staffing pools for HCA that meet our customers' needs.Develop and manage the recruitment process through attraction, sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates, ensuring they meet compliance requirements, organising and conducting interviewsProvide advice to candidates on training and compliance requirements.Familiarise and work in accordance with WHS and QMS systems, policies, and proceduresData entry of candidates to several internal database's The ideal candidate will possess: Exceptional presentation, attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills – written and verbalPC literacyWillingness to learn and adapt to changing marketsInitiative, flexibility, and strong attention to detailClient oriented, with the ability to focus on and achieve targets within deadlinesAbility to work at a fast pace and multi-taskTeam PlayerPrevious recruitment experience, ideally gained from a healthcare environment, preferred but not required If you are looking to join a fantastic organisation with a clear and structured career path operating within a specialist market to the highest standards, then HCA is perfect for you.
