About the Role This is a customer first and people focused role with operational accountability. As Store Leader at our Southland business you will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a team of Optometrist/s, Optical Dispensers and Retail Assistants. A key part of the role will be coaching and developing the team to ensure our customers receive a best class service whilst focusing on exceeding store profit and targets.This position will be offered as full-time permanent and the established team are ready for an optically experienced leader to join them. About You You will be inspired and driven by the opportunity to work with a global leader in health care that is on the path towards an exciting transformation.Your experience:
1. Strong understanding of the day to day operations of a retail store
2. Proven track record in leading and coaching a team to achieve KPI's
3. Capability to balance performance whilst supporting and developing our people
4. Pride in product and store - maintaining the highest standards promoting our professional image (including reporting and administration)
5. Exposure to Optimate (advantageous)
