This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys varied responsibilities, and takes pride in being the go-to person within the office.
Located in their fun and vibrant office on the city fringe, the role is ideally suited to 4 days per week with flexible work hours of 9.30am to 4pm.
Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office administrative operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workplace.
Act as a key point of contact for external enquiries, providing excellent customer service and assisting with stakeholder interactions.
Foster a positive workplace environment, organise team-building activities.
Manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
Assist in implementing and refining administrative systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
Assist with event coordination, including internal meetings and company functions.
Manage the day-to-day operation of the office, ensuring the proper maintenance of the equipment, supplies, and the office itself.
Key Skills and Background Strong experience as an EA or in Office Administration within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability in developing trusted relationships at all levels to gain support and achieve outcomes.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Self-motivated and driven; a fast learner with a calm & positive influence.
