Description Due to an internal move, we are looking for an experience National Account Manager to partner with Coles Group to drive growth within the grocery channel across Australia. Responsibilities include: Manage all aspects of P&L as well as relationship between Blackmores and the specific customer to ensure delivery of agreed annual targets Ensure achievement of volume, revenue and profit targets by maximising brand exposure and yield from promotional expenditure and other business activities Establish and manage strong commercial relationships with the customer whist constantly exploring new opportunities to maximise profitability through strategic account management, business development and the development of promotional programs Be the customer & category expert and to own and drive short to mid-term strategic account planning Manage and lead the development of the National Account Executive Own the financial and forecasting position of your specific account We are looking to hire someone on a minimum 2 year fixed-term contract, based at either our Head Office in Warriewood or at our office in Surry Hills. Who are you? An experience National Account Manager with a proven track record of managing major grocery accounts and owning the P&L Ideally holding a degree (or equivalent) in Business, Commerce or Economics, you demonstrate excellent business, financial and trade understanding. You translate strategy into clear, specific and achievable objectives and pursue goals with discipline and rigour You build relationships and the customer is at the centre of everything you do. You are a strategic thinker, work cross-functionally and present information effectively Possess strong IT skills including Data Analysis and Excel.
