Our client is looking for a skilled professional who has expertise in project cost control and financial reporting who is looking to make a real impact.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage and enhance cost control processes across large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver system-based monthly and ad-hoc project cost reports for management.
Drive continuous improvement of efficient project cost control processes.
Provide administrative support, including processing project change notices, reconciling data in Excel, and ensuring Power BI health checks.
Support capitalisation of fixed assets and project closeouts within the master data system.
Act as a key contact for cost control personnel, managing cost forecasting, accruals, reporting, and change management activities.
About You: Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA accreditation highly regarded).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of SAP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present clear financial insights.
Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in project accounting and major asset capitalisation within large organisations (desirable)
