The role
As a Front Office Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Front Desk while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and maintaining professional standards. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the shift ensuring check-in and check-out services are provided to guests and visitors to Crown Towers in accordance with established service standards.
This is a permanent Full Time position with opportunities for future development.
About you
You’ll bring the following:
1. Hotel operations experience
2. Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems
3. Strong computer skills - particularly Microsoft Office Suite
4. Demonstrated experience in providing high level service standards and requirements
5. Proven display of high commitment to improving Customer Service
6. Passionate about inspiring team members and improving/developing their skills
7. Ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
8. Strong time management, attention to detail and multitasking skills
9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
10. Demonstrated conflict resolution skills
