You will play a critical role in the delivery of key business projects that will help drive significant growth.
You will report to the Organisational Change Capability Manager, providing expertise, advice and support while developing a robust and agile Change Management framework.
This will be achieved through a consultative manner, engaging with key stakeholders, project delivery teams and employees.
The Organisational Change and Capability team consists of several Change Leads, Change Managers and Change Partners.
Change Leads and Change Managers work closely with Communication Specialists in IT and Strategic Comms to ensure consistent communications strategies and tone.
The Change Lead will be a part of their assigned project teams and will report to the teams' Project Managers for their assigned tasks and responsibilities.
The Change Manager will be part of a project team and will report to the Change Lead for their assigned tasks and responsibilities.
They are looking for someone who has experience in developing and delivering organisational wide change frameworks and process improvements.
Key requirements Core Change skills, such the ability to apply a variety of change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.Supporting the design, development and delivery of project communications.Conduct of change impact analyses, change readiness assessments, and identification of key stakeholders.Identify anticipated resistance and support of project team to overcome same.Support of training efforts including assisting with development of training documentation, capture of training requirements and delivery of training programs.Working in an agile environment, whilst not necessarily implementing an Agile methodology.In addition to the above it is highly desirable that the resources have experience with the following:
PROSCI/ADKAR or PCI change methodologies.Utilities, Mining or other similar sectors.What's in it for you?
