This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing human resources functions, and maintaining a productive and supportive work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR practices, office management, and employee engagement initiatives, contributing to our commitment to building a well-organised and high-performing team.Key Responsibilities: Human Resources & Compliance: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure effective staffing and smooth transitions.Oversee HR policies, employee records, and ensure compliance with Fair Work Act (2009) and industry standards.Monitor, Update and Enforce IZZA Group Policies and ProceduresDispute and Conflict ResolutionManagement of Employee WellbeingIdentify Required Continuous Professional Development required for staff and investigate. Office Operations & Administration: Supervise office management tasks, including supply ordering, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships.Coordinate IT, equipment, and administrative support for a productive and efficient workspace.Milestone achievement recognitionCorporate Event days Employee Engagement & Culture Development: Lead initiatives to promote employee satisfaction, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.Implement activities to boost team morale and create a supportive work environment aligned with Izza Group's values.Payroll & Benefits Management: Manage employee Leave Requests in coordinating approvals via direct reports and confirmation of accrued leave balancesSupport employee wellbeing programs and ensure competitive benefits are effectively communicated.Health & Safety Compliance: Work closely with HSEQ manager to ensure all qualification and related compliance requirements are met and up to date. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Employee Satisfaction: Maintaining employee satisfaction and identifying when employee morale needs to be addressed.Operational Efficiency: Ensure timely resolution of administrative and operational issues within 24-48 hours.Compliance: Achieve 100% compliance with health and safety standards and HR regulations.Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in HR and office management, ideally within construction or related industries.Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and office management.Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.Certificate IV or Higher in Human Resource Management is favorableBachelor of Laws (LLB) is favorable
