Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loan Processing Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loan processing, experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and HomeStart software, and a solid understanding of banking or similar financial environments. This role requires someone who can work independently with minimal supervision, maintain high accuracy, and build strong business relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Accurately process and manage loan applications from submission to settlement. • Utilize CRM software, Microsoft Office, and HomeStart software to manage client information and track application status. • Ensure all loan documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory standards. • Communicate effectively with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely processing and approval of loan applications. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. • Perform payable duties as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide knowledgeable and accurate advice to clients.
