We are currentlyseeking a professional and experienced Risk and Safety Manager tojoin our PCYC Risk & Safety Team to build risk ad safetycapability across PCYC. This position has the flexibility to bebased at one of our PCYC Youth Clubs between Brisbane and GoldCoast (subject to availability). Your NewRole
Reporting to theGeneral Manager Risk and Safety, the Risk & Safety Manager willwork in partnership with the Risk & Safety Team to build riskand safety capability across PCYC. Key requirements of the roleinclude fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvementacross the organisation; maintaining and updating the safetymanagement system whilst ensuring compliance with relevantregulations and industry standards.

6. Degree level qualification and/or a minimum of five (5) years relevant industry experience
7. Able to demonstrate a detailed understanding and ability to interpret relevant legislation and regulations
8. Demonstrated experience in dealing with and managing risk
9. Demonstrated experience with successfully leading risk and safety process improvement projects
10. Experience in writing and deploying policies and procedures using different communication methods and training tools
11. A proven ability in being able to analyse and interpret data
12. Well-developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
13. Effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks, forward plan, meet deadlines and deliver results and commitments
14. Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office products
15. Ability to travel across the State, as required
