Central Queensland's health service has a diverse demographic footprint that incorporates regional and remote townships to the west and beachside communities along the coast.The Workforce Division Unit comprises of human resource practitioners who provide a high quality, client-focused and value-adding human resource service to management and staff throughout the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS).About the role:Contributing to the effective development, management and delivery of professional occupational health, workplace safety and rehabilitation and return to work services; and liaising with multileveled staff to deliver responses and strategies. This position will also contribute to implementation, review and reporting on occupational health and workplace safety and workplace rehabilitation and return to work policies, guidelines, procedures, and networks consistent with Health Service policy.About you:Non-mandatory qualifications/requirements:While not mandatory, qualifications in work health and safety or injury management will be well regarded.This position will require the incumbent to function as the Rehabilitation Return to Work Coordinator.
