Let's talk about the team: The Manager, Global Risk Management will be an expert in conducting comprehensive risk assessments and developing robust mitigation strategies. This role requires a strategic mindset with extensive global experience, capable of navigating complex risk landscapes and influencing company-wide risk policies. Let's talk about the role: Execute annual Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) assessment and report findings to senior leadership and board of directors. Coordinate ERM risk mitigation plans with risk stakeholders and owners. Follow up with mitigation strategies. Review cross-functional development and implementation of risk management frameworks, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices including development and monitoring of KRIs. Lead oversight and assessment of business continuity plans. Global ownership of insurance policies including Product Liability, Business Interruption, Corporate and General Liability, Marine Cargo, Cyber, Business Travel, Professional Indemnity. Effective claim management assessment and processing. Analysis of insurance coverage and policy risk management. Review functional risk assessment management/oversight and ensure coverage and risk mitigation planning is adequate to support ERM oversight. Design and execute strategic risk mitigation plans to safeguard the company's assets and reputation. Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate risk management priorities into the broader organizational strategy. Influence and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of risk awareness and proactive management. Utilize advanced risk analysis and mitigation tools to enhance decision-making processes. Stay abreast of emerging risks and trends in the industry, adjusting strategies to maintain organizational resilience. Let's talk about you: Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent. 6+ years working for a large multinational company in an ERM role or in a consulting organization with ERM as the main subject matter. Proven expertise in risk management assessments and mitigation strategies. Strategic thinker with a global perspective and experience in diverse markets. Experience in coordination of other functional risk management frameworks and teams. Provide insights into risk management tools. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with senior executives. Excellent communication and influence skills, with a track record of driving change and fostering collaboration. Relevant certifications in risk management are highly desirable.
