YOUR ROLE As a UKG Business Analyst, you will support IAG HR and the wider business in navigating the newly implemented UKG Pro time and attendance system and delivering a seamless end-to-end service that is client-oriented and outcomes-focused.
You will work in collaboration with our HR, Payroll, and technical teams, playing a key role in creating a strategic roadmap, identifying process and software improvements, and documenting requirements.
You will support users across IAG, including but not limited to the amendment of pay rules, security accesses, scheduling, and the training of new users.
Your ability to communicate and manage stakeholders will be key in engaging both users and the business to gather relevant information and understand the larger strategic roadmap for UKG Pro.
This role is a permanent position, and it will be based in Gadigal Country (Sydney).
ABOUT YOU A brilliant communicator, with exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, and the ability to explain complex processes and issuesExperience in time and attendance and payroll system administration (UKG / SAP)Experience mapping processes, designing and writing requirements, and presentationsProactive with an ability to work autonomouslyProven experience working with Microsoft Office, including Advanced ExcelExperience interpreting modern awards and enterprise agreements in a large-scale organizationTertiary qualifications in Business or Human Resources are desirableABOUT US IAG is the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.
