About the role: Operating within the Education Portfolio, the Executive Officer supports the achievement of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Education) by taking an active role in managing, prioritising and maintaining diaries, meetings, deadlines, correspondence, events and other administrative activities.
The position will also provide support to the senior leadership team when required.
The Executive Officer helps facilitate and promote the work of the portfolio by supporting its strategic ambitions and delivering outcomes in a safe and sustainable way.
The role will act as a central point of contact and provide all necessary support and assistance for the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Education).

Total remuneration valued to $109,558 - $117,682 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $92,578 - $99,443 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
A 2.8% increase will be effective from the beginning of the last full pay period before 30 June 2025.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
