The Role
This is a very rare and exciting opportunity to join this successful high performing recruitment team! Our residential real estate team is made up of Adelaide’s most well-known real estate recruiters. Working within a team of 3 and reporting to the Senior Recruitment Consultant who has been in the industry for more than 16 years. She has an excellent reputation in the industry and is well respected by her peers, clients and candidates. This is a great opportunity to learn from one of the best in the industry. You will be working in a high volume fast paced team; providing outstanding service to our clients and candidates is the key to our success.
Your role will initially be to support our Senior Recruitment Consultant in our real estate team, where you will be working towards becoming a Recruitment Consultant:
Duties and Responsibilities
* Screening and interviewing candidates;
* Preparing and editing resumes;
* Sourcing candidates on various platforms;
* Reviewing applications;
* Conducting reference checks;
* Database maintenance and administration;
* Preparing and posting job advertisements
About you
To be successful in this team you must have a passion for the real estate industry along with:
* Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills;
* Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
* Ability to work independently and proactively to anticipate the recruiter's needs;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Enthusiasm for providing exceptional client service; and
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
