Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Aviation Propeller System Maintenance: Perform on-site tasks such as repairs, installations, modifications, and preventive maintenance for propeller systems.
2. Technical Support: Offer clear and effective technical assistance to customers, ensuring strict adherence to official technical documentation.
3. Direct Assistance: Provide hands-on technical support to our manufacturing and repair facilities to ensure efficient operations.
4. Product Expertise: Stay updated on the latest advancements in our product line and ensure compliance with aftermarket requirements.
5. Team Development: Mentor apprentices and junior team members, encouraging ongoing learning and skill enhancement.
6. Administrative Responsibilities: Handle administrative tasks, including preparing technical reports, ordering materials, and assisting with quotations, while identifying opportunities for sales and cost reductions.
7. Safety & Compliance: Uphold and promote Site Quality, Safety Management, and EH&S policies, addressing potential risks through proper channels.
8. Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with International Trade regulations in alignment with company and industry standards.
9. Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries related to all systems products, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
10. Query Management: Utilize tools to effectively monitor, manage, and resolve customer queries.
Profile
To excel in this role, you'll need the following qualifications and experiences:
11. Certificate IV in Aeroskills - Mechanical/Avionics or an equivalent qualification.
12. Proven track record installing, refurbishing, maintaining and servicing aviation propeller components (desirable but not essential as training will be provided if required)
13. Ability to generate technical reports on completed work and what was undertaken
14. Able to work as apart of a team or autonomously to achieve individual and team KPI's
15. Familiarity with civil or military regulatory frameworks and be able to secure a high level security clearance
16. Possess a safety conscious work ethic where safety is at the forefront or all work activities
