Their stores provide an exclusive sanctuary for discerning clientele, offering a curated environment where luxury, heritage, and craftsmanship converge to create an unparalleled shopping experience.As part of their continued growth, a new opportunity has arisen within their Human Resources team for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their efforts in attracting and retaining top-tier talent to drive the success of their organization.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including delivering First Day HR Inductions.Offer advice and support on HR-related matters, including compliance with Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring a strong talent pipeline through platforms like SEEK and LinkedIn Recruiter.Address OH&S and workers’ compensation matters, ensuring workplace safety standards.Work closely with IT to arrange tools and resources for new team members.Manage HRIS systems, ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining up-to-date employee records.Prepare HR reports and assist with payroll processing as a backup.Provide administrative support and assist senior leadership with ad-hoc tasks as required.
