The Role
As Sales Support Coordinator, report to an inspiring Administration Manager and work with a close-knit team, providing exceptional service to clients and ensuring orders run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to product inquiries with excellent customer service.
* Process and manage customer orders accurately.
* Update customer details and coordinate deliveries.
* Generate invoices and handle general data entry tasks.
