We are currently have two Crop Care Leading Hand positions, one based at our Tatura site, the other based at our Warragul site to lead our Crop Care operations and drive our team towards excellence. Role Overview: As a Crop Care Leading Hand, you will oversee the care and cultivation of our crops, ensuring that our Crop Care Team Members complete their tasks effectively to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality requirements. Guide and motivate Crop Care Team Members to achieve KPIs and maintain high-quality standards for our crops. Assist the Crop Care Supervisor in training and developing team members in essential Crop Care tasks. Ensure all staff take their mandatory breaks to promote a healthy work-life balance. Regularly check the quality of tasks completed in the greenhouse to ensure top-notch results. Participate in Performance Management to help team members grow and excel. What will you bring: Previous leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Experience in crop management or agricultural operations, with a strong understanding of crop care practices is preferred but not mandatory.
