About you - The ICT Coordinator will hold suitable qualifications as per the attached Role Description and will possess a variety of experience with network and technology systems. You will collaboratively provide a high level of support and assistance to both staff and students as required. Duties include, but are not limited to: Responsible for management of the College IT service desk including triaging, resolving, and if necessary, escalation of issues Diagnose and resolve ICT incidents and issues within a timely manner Contribute to the continuous improvement of ICT services Provide technical advice regarding ICT hardware and software / services Assist with preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and the onboarding / offboarding of staff and students Monitor compliant usage of student devices Ensuring compliance with Brisbane Catholic Education guidelines To be eligible to be considered for this role you will: Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment Have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
