We are seeking a dedicated Service Quality Auditor, ideally out of the hospitality or service sector, to independently assess service standards and presentations within corporate buildings. Your expertise will ensure that the office towers consistently achieve their benchmarks for excellence. Position: Service Quality Auditor Responsibilities: Independently audit service standards and presentations in corporate buildings. Evaluate and ensure that benchmarks for individual properties are consistently achieved. Provide detailed reports and recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with management to implement quality assurance measures. Conduct regular assessments to maintain high standards of customer service. Requirements: Strong background in the service or hospitality industry. Extensive experience in customer service and quality assurance within the hospitality or service sector. Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for service excellence. Ability to work independently and provide unbiased assessments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: Proven experience in senior hospitality or service management roles. Strong understanding of service quality standards and auditing processes.
