Melbourne & Olympic Parks (M&OP) are seeking a dynamic marketing production and operations professional to join the team as Marketing Project Lead. Home to some of our city’s most iconic venues – AAMI Park Stadium, Rod Laver Arena, Margaret Court Arena, John Cain Arena and CENTREPIECE – you will play a central role in the development and delivery of marketing production projects across the precinct.About the roleReporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Project Lead manages the end-to-end delivery of production projects and marketing operations processes for the marketing team. They act as a key conduit between the business, customers and suppliers, overseeing briefing, resourcing and workflow management, ensuring projects are delivered to brief, deadline and budget.With excellent project management skills and an eye for detail, the role works in partnership with M&OP’s commercial, hospitality and venue teams to manage the end-to-end planning and implementation of brand, marketing and digital projects including photoshoots, collateral development and venue signage. The role applies a strategic marketing and brand lens to all production projects to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and programs.Key responsibilities include:Production and project management: Lead M&OP’s creative production process including the development of briefs and project plans, engaging internal and external resources and suppliers.Marketing operations: Support the marketing leadership team with the coordination of briefs, workflows and resources while building the team’s operational processes.Best practice leadership: Provide guidance and advice to the marketing leadership team, internal clients and suppliers on best practice in production creative projects and brand application.Stakeholder engagement: Lead the coordination of marketing support and rights for tenant clubs, promoters and corporate partners, while building strong relationships with M&OP teams, leaders and suppliers.Please note, this role will be a fixed 2-year term contract.What you will bring to the role:Experience building and implementing creative or production processes in a client-side or agency role.Excellent project management experience and the delivery of project deliverables against milestones.A keen eye for detail and a sharp focus on delivering projects with accuracy.A solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers.A bit about us:Melbourne & Olympic Park is an iconic, multi-venue precinct with few parallels globally.
