Role Overview: As the Team Leader of Sales and Retention, you will lead a team of insurance professionals, overseeing day-to-day operations and driving performance excellence. Your responsibilities will include: Expand the Direct customer portfolio by enhancing new business conversion rates, quality metrics, retention rates, and revenue generation Mentoring and developing staff within your team to foster growth and enhance skill sets. Implementing performance management strategies to optimise team efficiency and productivity. Ensuring KPI's within your team are met or exceeded Requirements: To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Proven experience in leading sales and retention teams within the General Insurance sector (not Life or Health Insurance) 2 years of experience in Property Insurance, Strata experience preferred but not essential Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
