We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced in analysing and identifying business needs and improvements to assist with driving efficiencies across internal processes and improving technology platforms and products, specifically finance and booking system processes.
Day to day: Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Develop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutions Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goals Facilitate communication between business and technical teams Create business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support business opportunities Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials You'll be perfect for the role if you have: 3+ years of professional experience in a business analyst role or similar Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Technical background or understanding preferred Self-motivation and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight Demonstrated experience working in a fast-moving and dynamic environment Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams Project management skills with a focus on process improvement What you will enjoy: Culture: You will be employed by an inclusive company that offers a team culture like no other in the industry.
