With a strong heritage, they are now expanding their reach in Queensland and are looking for an experienced Project Technician, specialising in radio communications to join their team.Your new roleAs the Project Technician, you'll be a key member of the Project Engineering team.
You'll be working closely with a tier 1 mining business and be part of the end to end implementation, configuration, installation, FAT/Staging/SAT, training and field commissioning project.Translate customer ideas and requirements into proposals and designsDesign technically sound and reliable communication solutionsImplement quality solutions, from design phase to build and commissioning stageConfiguration, programming, installation, FAT, SAT and staging/commissioning of systemsTechnical support including remote, field and on-call activitiesAbout youProven technical competency in DMR Tier II or Tier III systems, P25, Tetra or analogueProven knowledge and understanding of RF, antenna types, radiation patterns, etc.Demonstrable experience in wireless and radio technologies.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Valid drivers licence and full working rightsApplicant must be willing and able to travel interstate or internationally, as required.Willingness to share on-call dutiesBenefitsCareer growth and development opportunities - Project Engineer or Project ManagerWork with a variety of exciting technologiesCompetitive salaryGreat teamIf you are interested, apply now or email ******
