What Success Looks Like in This Role: Providing exceptional biomechanics-focused care to patients, ensuring optimal outcomes and satisfaction. Effectively managing a busy diary with 80% musculoskeletal work. Contributing to the development of team processes and clinical excellence. Utilizing cutting-edge tools, including 3D-printed orthotics, to deliver advanced treatments. Supporting a collaborative, patient-focused clinic environment. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality podiatric care with a focus on biomechanics and musculoskeletal conditions. Use advanced orthotic technologies, including CNC milling and 3D printing, to create custom treatment solutions. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in line with clinical standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care. Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise to elevate the team's skills and knowledge. Stay up-to-date with the latest podiatric research, integrating new practices into patient care as appropriate. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Podiatry (or equivalent). Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience, with a strong focus on biomechanics and musculoskeletal care. Expertise in the assessment and treatment of lower limb conditions. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for patient care and team collaboration. Certifications: AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist.
