Reporting to the Finance Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront of managing fixed assets, inventory, and insurance coverage.
Your expertise will ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Collaborating with various departments, you'll provide crucial insights on asset portfolios and inventory levels.
Your responsibilities will also include calculating depreciation, performing impairment tests, and assisting with financial reporting, audits, and budget preparation.
This role offers the opportunity to drive process improvements and work closely with different teams to implement them.

With over 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in asset management or industries like mining, heavy industries, or construction, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge in financial accounting, IFRS, and ERP systems.
Your excellent communication, numerical, and data entry skills will be crucial, as will your ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
Proficiency in Excel and a keen attention to detail, with the capability to manage large volumes of data systematically, are key to your success.
Strong project management skills are a plus.
We're looking for someone with a passion for continuous learning, including the aspiration to complete your CA/CPA program.
You must also be eligible to legally work and live in Australia permanently.
