Network & Security Manager | Large Healthcare organisation | Permanent | Hybrid work Your new companyA large healthcare organisation requires a Network & Security Manager for a permanent opportunity based in Geelong, starting ASAP.The organisation promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies and flexible working arrangements.This is the perfect opportunity for a natural leader who still wants to keep their technical skills up to date.Your new role In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for: Coordinate and perform day-to-day operations of the Security Operations & Network team.Manage IP Telephony services and ensure optimal operation.Provide analysis of complex issues as to future upgrades, current issues and support work.Ensure compliance reporting and actions are updated and provided as required.Assist in ensuring Cybersecurity policies are defined and documented.Produce quality, secure and resilient designs for new or improved Network & Security services (in alignment with Enterprise Architecture principles and in consultation with Strategy and Planning), whilst maintaining existing design documentation.Maintain and support the organisation's environment including (not limited to) Data Centre, Storage, Servers Compute & Virtualisation and Enterprise Services.Coordinate and resolve Incidents and Requests from Service Support and action as required.Coordinate and provide network asset services (e.g.Standard definition, analysis & design, build & install, WAN configuration, Core/Edge switch configuration, training & deployment, support & maintenance, decommissioning, monitoring & support, and network patching - including backend telephony services).Focus on the development and performance of the team. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have: Undergraduate Degree in an IT related field (or equivalent experience) & ITIL Foundation Experience working within an infrastructure network and security domain environment and ITIL environment.Experience performing maintenance activities to ensure stable and secure applications and IT infrastructure and experience investigating and implementing remedial measures to address security breaches.Experience investigating incidents to establish the root cause and resolving them.Experience following the guidelines for technical change management, to avoid service disruptions, and adhering to service levels and information security requirements and providing network and security services in accordance with established service level agreements.Experience with analysing security risks and developing preventative action plans for critical risks.
