About the Role
This is a key position within our organisation, providing comprehensive financial partnering and analysis to aid Trapeze Group ANZ Bus Business Unit (BU) Leader and Functional Managers in decision-making and achieving business objectives.
* Work with BU Leaders and Functional Managers to provide business partnering and financial information, tools, and analysis to aid in decision-making.
* Prepare BU quarterly budgets and forecasts and review them with BU Leaders and the Group Financial Controller.
* Prepare and distribute monthly financial and management reporting to BU Leaders and key management team members.
* Support bid teams in the preparation of complex bids and tenders, assessing financial and revenue recognition implications of bid structures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A CPA qualification or equivalent.
* Strong experience in financial analysis and reporting.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to monitor and report on project financials.
* Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial policies.
* Ability to train and mentor finance staff and managers in financial processes and procedures.
