About the Role The Uber for Business Team is looking for a mid-market account executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a book of business across Australia and New Zealand to prospect into, manage, own through the full sales cycle and ultimately acquire. You will work with a cross-functional, high-performing team based in Sydney and play an essential role in building our Mid-Market (>250 employees) presence in ANZ. We are especially looking for candidates who have a deep understanding of how automotive dealerships operate in order to build relationships with the largest OEM's and automotive groups in ANZ through a top-down and bottom-up approach. Your Impact in Role Creatively prospect into the top automotive dealerships within Australia & New Zealand Communicate the value of the Uber for Business product suite to prospects with a consultative and solution-oriented approach Lead and coordinate end-to-end sales motion including qualification, education, presenting proposals, and contract negotiation to close deals Executive presence and skills to communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email, and in-person meetings Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline via Salesforce CRM Achieve and consistently exceed sales goals Partner cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure a successful onboarding, launch, and long-term success of our clients' programs The Experience You'll Bring Solid B2B sales experience with exposure to understanding the full sales lifecycle and a proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment Strong use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process Proactive and self-motivated with strong organisational skills We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently.
