We've taken a company-wide approach to office days, bringing the team in Tuesday and Wednesday for collaboration, fun events and food!Job DescriptionThe Opportunity As our Corporate Communications and PR Manager, you'll report directly to the Managing Director of the Webjet Group. This role is a blend of internal, external, investor communications and public relations for the Group brands.In this role you'll be tasked with: Managing communications for consumers, investors, and employees while enhancing our corporate identity.Overseeing the Investor Centre website, collaborating with designers on corporate presentations and reports, and developing engaging content for various communication platforms.Engaging with key stakeholders to manage content and production for print materials and develop digital content across various platforms, including LinkedIn.Supporting our Senior Leadership Team to craft internal communications to keep employees updated on our initiatives whilst maintaining a consistent tone tailored to each stakeholder group.Implementing PR strategies aligned with business objectives, and managing relationships with our external PR agency and media to ensure successful PR events and amplify marketing messages.Reporting on media coverage and public sentiment and providing frequent performance reports to key stakeholders.Analysing travel industry trends and competitor actions to adjust strategies as needed. Being proactive in addressing data and insights requests from the media, using accurate information from sources like Tableau, along with insightful commentary.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat we love to see: A background in Communications, Public Relations or investor relations.Advanced copywriting skills.Experience with website content management (e.g., SilverStripe CMS).Strong understanding of managing engaging visual design and presentations.Proficient in asset management and best practices for data secure file sharing and storage.Strong project management and organisational processes.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Confident, positive, and proactive with strong creative problem-solving skills.Why Webjet?
