At Upper Murray Family Care (UMFC) you will be part of a supportive environment where your leadership will directly impact the lives of individuals and families.We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible work options, allowing you to shape your career in a way that suits your life.Work for a well-regarded Not-for-Profit organisation in a committed and supportive team.Salary packaging opportunities to maximise your take-home pay.Generous remuneration and leave allowances.The RoleAs our Operations Coordinator, you will closely work with the FRS Service Manager and Team Leads to develop and maintain high quality, effective administrative/operational systems, processes, and procedures that underpin FRS service including but not limited to:Reporting systems (internal and external)Data collection systems including DEX and IRIS, client feedback & evaluation.Spreadsheets and document templates as identified with Service Manager and Team LeadersCoordinate recruitment interviews and onboarding for Service Manager and Team Leaders with People & Culture TeamWork on policies and proceduresProvide the FRS Leadership Groups Secretariat function.Undertake specific project work from time to time as determined by the FRS ManagerWork collaboratively with the Risk and Quality team by actively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.Actively participate in relevant meetings, professional development processes such as supervision, training, and quality improvement processes in line with program and UMFC guidelines and requirementsJoin a passionate, multidisciplinary and thriving organisation committed to our vision for our communities: every child and young person is cared for.Your ExperienceTo be eligible for this role, a tertiary qualification in Administration or associated fields and/or extensive relevant experience will be advantageous.Your proficiency in service delivery, staff management, and program development in the community sector is paramount, coupled with strong leadership skills with a focus on professional development and team cohesion, high emotional intelligence, and excellent written and verbal communication skills will be highly essential.Embark on a fulfilling career journey with UMFC!
