This role requires a strategic leader with advanced project management skills to drive the development of new business processes, enhance administrative efficiency, and consolidate resources across FFS activities.Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Guide the project from concept to implementation, working closely with the Program Director to ensure alignment with organizational standards.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including healthcare providers and vendors, to deliver successful project outcomes.Vendor Management: Oversee and facilitate vendor activities, ensuring optimal alignment with project goals.Governance and Reporting: Monitor and report on all aspects of project performance, maintaining transparency for stakeholders.Resource Management: Consolidate FFS business support resources into a centralized team to streamline operations.Essential Criteria: Proven experience in leading large-scale ICT projects, particularly within the public health or government sector.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for managing diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, advanced project management, and governance/reporting.Familiarity with the organization's ICT project methodologies and adaptability to internal processes.Preferred Qualifications:While not mandatory, project management qualifications are highly regarded.Conditions of Employment: Full-time, with work hours typically between 8-10 hours per day, 5 days per week.Reasonable travel may be required.An open 'C' class driver's license is desirable.Pre-engagement screening may include criminal history checks and vaccine preventable disease vaccination status.
