We are seeking a Technical Sales Lead to drive our sales initiatives and engage with clients across varied sectors. This position plays a vital role in our growth strategy by identifying opportunities and crafting solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
Main Responsibilities: Lead the technical sales efforts for EnerMech, focusing on understanding clients' technical requirements and presenting tailored solutions.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to drive technical discussions and support the sales process.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, demonstrating EnerMech's capabilities and technical expertise.Conduct market research to identify trends, new products, and areas for potential sales growth.Manage the preparation of Technical quotations and commercial proposals.Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining client engagement and satisfaction.Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in a technical sales role within the engineering or energy sectors.Strong technical background, with experience in fluid power products.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
